We agree 100% with the sentiment expressed above by Tim Urban of Wait But Why. After a storied history of fits and starts, the world of AI is beginning to hit its stride, and it turns out the pace is dizzying! And as overwhelming as the world of AI might seem now, we believe the rate of growth is only increasing.

As AI evolves it's no longer a question of if it's going to affect us regular folk but how and when. No longer a small niche industry safely left to giga-brained computer whizzes, cognitive scientists, or manufacturing engineers, AI is starting to affect the personal and work lives of you, me, and everyone we know.

Our mission is to be your daily dip (and weekly deep dive) into the wild, crazy, and yes, slightly terrifying world of artificial intelligence.

So the only question is: if you were alive at this point in history, would you want to be prepared?

We certainly would.

And what better way, we thought, to stay on top of AI and the industries it's going to affect (which is, like, all of them) than to force ourselves to write about it every single day?
